What you will do

• Manage clearly scoped tasks across Partner Operations to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accuracy in shared systems and trackers including Jira, Monday.com, and Salesforce.
• Support process mapping by documenting current workflows and drafting improvements.
• Prepare internal reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
• Handle partner-facing communications to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Monitor the adoption of updated tools and processes, flagging friction points for resolution.

Requirements

• Up to 2 years of experience in operations, project support, or administration.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with process improvement, project coordination, or analytical work.
• Relevant degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment based in Chiswick.
