TL;DR

Head of Sales (Igaming): Driving direct commercial relationships with European sportsbooks and iGaming operators with an accent on programmatic media solutions and high-value deal execution. Focus on managing a new business sales team, owning the full revenue cycle, and leveraging proprietary sports data to drive measurable commercial outcomes.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK (4 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Own and grow direct programmatic revenue across Tier 1 and Tier 2 sportsbooks and iGaming operators in Europe.
  • Act as the senior commercial relationship owner with C-level, Director, and Head-of-Marketing stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet new business revenue goals.
  • Manage a small team of new business sales representatives and oversee pipeline performance.
  • Execute end-to-end sales cycles for display, CTV, in-app, and DOOH programmatic solutions.
  • Partner with Product, Trading, and Marketing teams to shape betting and gaming-specific advertiser solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital and programmatic advertising sales.
  • 3+ years of experience specifically selling media services to Sportsbooks and iGaming operators.
  • Proven success in managing a sales team while maintaining personal revenue targets.
  • Deep expertise in programmatic models including DSPs, PMPs, PG, and Deal IDs.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in enterprise-level sales cycles and Salesforce.
  • Must be able to work from the London office 4 days per week.
