Salary: $91,500–$109,650/year.

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day landowner relationships and execute lease negotiations for wind projects.
  • Coordinate development workstreams including environmental studies, permitting, and real estate diligence.
  • Track project schedules, milestones, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, engineering, and external affairs.
  • Represent the company in external meetings with local officials, landowners, and stakeholders.
  • Support project documentation and provide consistent status updates to internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or near New York, NY or Louisville, CO.
  • 2-4 years of experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or real estate development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, finance, or urban planning.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience in relationship-driven roles.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
