Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 (base pay range)

What you will do
- Manage client relationships end-to-end as a non-producing relationship manager and primary point of contact for plan sponsors and provider partners.
- Build and execute annual service and relationship plans with governance calendars, deliverables, and client communications.
- Organize fiduciary review meetings, coordinate provider action items, and produce agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up communications.
- Review and prepare quarterly investment and fiduciary reports, supporting benchmarking and fee analysis activities.
- Maintain accurate client records and workflows in Salesforce (CRM) and fi360/Toolkit (investment monitoring system).
- Oversee plan conversion projects and support day-to-day plan administration and participant support with service partners.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in the financial services industry with direct experience supporting retirement plan clients (e.g., 401(k), 403(b), and/or non-qual plans).
- FINRA Series 65 required (or ability to obtain within 3–6 months of hire).
- Strong understanding of capital markets and retirement plan investment vehicles, plus working knowledge of ERISA and related regulations (DOL, IRS).
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), SharePoint, Zoom, and Salesforce.
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally and present in client and committee meetings.
