What you will do

  • Execute end-to-end Sales Operations projects, including process mapping, journey decomposition, and frontline adoption strategies.
  • Analyze sales and contact center performance data to identify trends and perform root cause analysis to resolve gaps.
  • Deliver reports and dashboards using Thoughtspot, Hex, Microsoft Dynamics, and Salesforce via SQL and advanced data modeling.
  • Audit CRM workflows and design documentation for inbound/outbound sales motions and telephony processes.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and facilitate cross-functional alignment workshops.
  • Identify operational risks and build efficiency models to evaluate workflow effectiveness and agent effort.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a related field.
  • Expertise in process mapping and workflow design for high-velocity sales and contact center operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data modeling and intermediate to advanced SQL skills.
  • Experience with BI tools including Thoughtspot, Hex, and Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Strong background in CRM workflow auditing, SOP design, and change governance.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Reno, NV.
