What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of high-performing Program Directors and Project Management Leads.
• Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives (CIO, CFO, GBS leaders).
• Collaborate with sales and product management to plan for growth and segment-specific solutions.
• Proactively manage churn by identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Oversee monthly steering committee meetings and ensure project deliverables meet deadlines.
• Refine service delivery frameworks and training methodologies to improve consulting success.

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional services experience in technology-led consulting.
• Proven track record of developing and managing C-suite level relationships.
• Experience building and managing consulting best practices within a SaaS company.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Ability to travel on-site up to 50% of the time.
