Salary: $135,700 - $170,000

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of AI, automation, and technology transformation initiatives.
• Translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions and operational workflows.
• Implement AI-powered workflows, automation initiatives, and agentic systems across enterprise functions.
• Define program goals, success metrics, and reporting mechanisms tied to AI adoption and business impact.
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and escalation paths in highly matrixed organizations.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and best practices to enable scalable enterprise AI adoption.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, or technology transformation.
• 3–5 years of experience in Technical Program Management or AI delivery capacity.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI agents and automation workflows.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, copilots, and enterprise AI adoption challenges.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments with product and engineering teams.
• Must be based in San Francisco, New York, or Seattle and eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or Gemini.
• PMP, Scaled Agile, Scrum Master, or Lean Six Sigma certifications.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or Tableau.
• Background in consulting, financial services, or fintech industries.
