Salary: $137,900 USD - $184,500 USD

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of integrations, from use-case identification to market launch.
• Project manage technical integration solutions, from scoping to customer betas and GAs.
• Liaise with Product and customers to differentiate solutions and improve adoption.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and identify integration gaps.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Success, and Support to influence product roadmap and partnership strategy.
• Scale partner programs by building automation for internal and external processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's Degree; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to source, design, negotiate, and implement net-new partnerships.
• Foundational understanding of integrations and APIs.
• Experience developing and presenting data-driven business cases to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional verbal and written communication.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Accounting or ERP applications (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP products, IntAcct).
• Knowledge of Trades Industries.
