What you will do

• Own full lifecycle delivery for 2–4 concurrent enterprise SaaS implementations from scoping to go-live and hypercare.
• Manage key project artifacts, including charters, RACI matrices, RAID logs, and delivery roadmaps.
• Lead executive communication, including kick-offs, steering committees, and quarterly business reviews.
• Manage implementation budgets ($200K–$2M) and partner on SOWs and Change Orders to ensure billing accuracy.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude) to develop requirements documentation, user stories, and process flows.
• Mentor cross-functional teams of 3–8 members and evolve AI-enabled delivery playbooks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, consulting, or professional services.
• Proven success leading complex implementations exceeding $500K with integrations.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, RocketLane, or MS Project.
• Working knowledge of SaaS integration patterns (REST APIs, iPaaS solutions like MuleSoft or Boomi).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certifications.
• Experience implementing platforms within CRM, CPQ, CLM, ERP, HCM, or RevOps ecosystems.
• Background in Big 4 or boutique SI consulting.
• Experience building or leveraging AI-assisted delivery and documentation workflows.
• MBA or advanced degree.
