What you will do
- Own full lifecycle delivery for 2–4 concurrent enterprise SaaS implementations from scoping to go-live and hypercare.
- Manage key project artifacts, including charters, RACI matrices, RAID logs, and delivery roadmaps.
- Lead executive communication, including kick-offs, steering committees, and quarterly business reviews.
- Manage implementation budgets ($200K–$2M) and partner on SOWs and Change Orders to ensure billing accuracy.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude) to develop requirements documentation, user stories, and process flows.
- Mentor cross-functional teams of 3–8 members and evolve AI-enabled delivery playbooks.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, consulting, or professional services.
- Proven success leading complex implementations exceeding $500K with integrations.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, RocketLane, or MS Project.
- Working knowledge of SaaS integration patterns (REST APIs, iPaaS solutions like MuleSoft or Boomi).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certifications.
- Experience implementing platforms within CRM, CPQ, CLM, ERP, HCM, or RevOps ecosystems.
- Background in Big 4 or boutique SI consulting.
- Experience building or leveraging AI-assisted delivery and documentation workflows.
- MBA or advanced degree.
