What you will do
- Respond to inbound leads within defined SLAs, ensuring a first contact within 15 minutes.
- Qualify prospects based on fit, use case, urgency, and intent to purchase.
- Convert leads into sales-qualified opportunities with clean handoffs to Account Executives.
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene with detailed notes and accurate dispositioning.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales Ops to continuously improve lead quality and conversion.
- Meet or exceed monthly performance standards across SQL volume and conversion.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 0–2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated coachability and a growth mindset.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
- Ability to manage high volume with precision and quality.
Nice to have
- Prior experience qualifying inbound leads or working in B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with pipeline metrics and conversion funnels.
- Exposure to marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo.
- Understanding of buyer journey and qualification frameworks like SPIN, BANT, or MEDDPICC.
