Compensation: $120,000–$155,000 + Equity + Benefits

What you will do
- Own and optimize top-of-funnel operations, from lead intake to qualified handoff to Sales.
- Manage lead lifecycle processes across inbound, outbound, events, partnerships, and other GTM channels.
- Administer and optimize key GTM systems, including HubSpot, Chili Piper, Outreach, Salesforce, and Gong.
- Own routing, assignment, enrichment, qualification flows, and data hygiene.
- Build Salesforce reports and dashboards to track funnel performance and pipeline creation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, BDR, Sales, Finance, Partnerships) to improve GTM execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience building scalable processes and improving funnel visibility.
- Hands-on experience with GTM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and drive results without heavy guidance.
- Location: Must be based in San Mateo, CA for a hybrid schedule (Tue–Thu onsite).
