TL;DR

Implementation Project Manager (Fintech/EdTech): Leading end-to-end implementation projects for higher education clients with an accent on configuring payment platforms and integrating with client ERP systems. Location: Must be based in Lincoln, NE

Salary: $50,000–$55,000

What you will do

  • Define project scope, objectives, and requirements while managing the full implementation lifecycle.
  • Facilitate project meetings and drive timelines to ensure milestones are met.
  • Configure platform settings and perform functional and integration testing.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in coordination with internal data integration teams.
  • Conduct interactive workshops and deliver training for client staff.
  • Develop workflows, processes, and procedures for new products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a system analyst or software implementation role.
  • Strong technical aptitude for system configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Must be based in Lincoln, NE.

Nice to have

  • CAPM or PMP Certification.
  • 3+ years in SaaS implementation, ERP integration, or technical project management.
  • Experience with SQL, HTML, and XML.
  • Familiarity with higher education systems and payment processing.
