What you will do

• Orchestrate project workflows by liaising between internal departments and clients from initiation to completion.
• Translate client requests into detailed deliverables, scopes of work, and project timelines.
• Manage simultaneous projects while monitoring budgets, schedules, and potential risks.
• Coordinate with resource management to ensure team availability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead quality assurance efforts and facilitate project retrospectives to optimize future workflows.
• Conduct efficient meetings and ensure clear documentation of action steps.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of project management experience in digital and direct mail campaign management within an agency setting.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication skills to manage expectations and project needs.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
