What you will do

• Define project scopes and build estimates in partnership with senior leadership.
• Track Statements of Work and maintain project documentation including schedules and budgets.
• Monitor project burn rates and identify scope creep to ensure budget adherence.
• Communicate tasks, timelines, and status updates across integrated workstreams.
• Partner with Resource Management to plan staffing requirements.
• Resolve project issues and remove barriers to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in an integrated marketing or PR agency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools like Smartsheet.
• Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
