What you will do

• Maintain full project ownership from commissioning to invoicing.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver high-level service in a fast-paced environment.
• Build professional relationships with clients, providing guidance on products and services.
• Ensure project activities are completed through internal support teams and external vendors.
• Proactively troubleshoot and escalate project challenges.
• Collaborate with Sales to drive revenue growth and repeat business.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in quantitative online and digital market research.
• Fluency in both English and Bulgarian is required.
• Competence in research design, survey design, and sampling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in tracking and managing complex project budgets and timelines.
