What you will do

• Define and execute the operating strategy for the new Natural Gas Power Generation business unit.
• Build and lead a high-performing organization covering project management, field operations, and supply chain.
• Oversee the delivery of utility-scale gas power plants, including OCGT, CCGT, and fuel cell infrastructure.
• Manage full P&L performance, forecasting, and margin accountability for the business unit.
• Partner with finance, legal, and commercial teams to structure complex delivery contracts.
• Champion a world-class safety and quality culture across all field operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or business preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in large-scale construction or energy infrastructure.
• Proven track record in delivering utility-scale natural gas power generation projects.
• Ability to travel as required for corporate and project oversight.
