What you will do
- Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers and technicians for complex power generation projects.
- Manage project execution, including design quality, budgets, and schedules across EPC programs.
- Prepare complex engineering deliverables, conduct research, and perform advanced calculations.
- Manage client interfaces, address project concerns, and support business development activities.
- Oversee management responsibilities including hiring, discipline, and pay administration for subordinates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 11 years of related work experience.
- Strong understanding of the overall project lifecycle for power generation facilities.
- Working knowledge of procurement processes and contract administration.
- Professional registration or licensure (P.E.) is typically required for practicing.
- Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding including background checks and drug screens.
Nice to have
- P.E. License.
- Experience managing EPC or design services for simple cycle and combined cycle gas turbine projects in the US.
- Advanced knowledge of engineering design principles and applicable standards.
- Experience developing engineering estimates and the proposal process.
