What you will do

• Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers and technicians for complex power generation projects.
• Manage project execution, including design quality, budgets, and schedules across EPC programs.
• Prepare complex engineering deliverables, conduct research, and perform advanced calculations.
• Manage client interfaces, address project concerns, and support business development activities.
• Oversee management responsibilities including hiring, discipline, and pay administration for subordinates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 11 years of related work experience.
• Strong understanding of the overall project lifecycle for power generation facilities.
• Working knowledge of procurement processes and contract administration.
• Professional registration or licensure (P.E.) is typically required for practicing.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding including background checks and drug screens.

Nice to have

• P.E. License.
• Experience managing EPC or design services for simple cycle and combined cycle gas turbine projects in the US.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering design principles and applicable standards.
• Experience developing engineering estimates and the proposal process.
