What you will do

• Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers and technicians on complex transmission projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and design quality requirements.
• Conduct research and provide technical recommendations for equipment and materials.
• Serve as the responsible charge for projects and coordinate interdisciplinary activities.
• Manage client interactions, support business development, and handle project changes.
• Review engineering work and oversee hiring and performance administration for subordinates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
• Strong experience in EPC or design services for overhead transmission lines.
• Advanced knowledge of PLS-CADD, line routing, structural loading, and foundation design.
• Working knowledge of procurement, permitting, and construction support.

Nice to have

• P.E. License is highly preferred.
• Experience working with investor-owned utilities in the United States.
• Strong background in the proposal process and developing engineering estimates.
