What you will do

• Act as the key local point of contact for People-related matters, partnering with leaders and Centres of Excellence.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers to enhance the team member experience across the full employment lifecycle.
• Support core processes including performance and development reviews, talent review, succession planning, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Utilize People data and business metrics to identify priorities and shape practical organizational solutions.
• Collaborate with specialist teams in Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Team Member Relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of business experience, ideally within Human Resources or Organization Effectiveness.
• Previous generalist experience as an HR Advisor or HR Partner.
• Ability to guide and influence leaders up to Director level.
• Strong coaching, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
