What you will do

  • Partner with experienced sales professionals to complete Sales Excellence training and learn the business.
  • Maintain and retain existing business within a defined territory (approximately 70% of time).
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow market share (approximately 30% of time).
  • Utilize Salesforce.com and internal pricing tools to manage activities and forecasting.
  • Deliver tailored value propositions to customers to ensure loyalty and minimize erosion.
  • Provide voice-of-the-customer feedback to the organization to support innovation.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in an industrial environment (internships considered).
  • Bachelor's degree in technical/mechanical, marketing, or chemistry preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (25 kg).
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Norcross, Georgia, USA.
