What you will do

• Own the end-to-end communication ecosystem, including strategy, calendar, and creative direction.
• Define and evolve lifecycle strategies for diverse player segments, including new, active, lapsing, and VIP cohorts.
• Lead messaging development and copywriting across push, email, and in-game surfaces.
• Partner with Product and Live Ops to influence feature design and align event timing with communication strategy.
• Design and prioritize A/B tests and experiments to optimize campaign performance and player journeys.
• Maintain deep immersion in the game to ensure communication aligns with the player experience and economy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, or growth roles.
• Proven professional experience or deep engagement as a player in midcore mobile games.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Braze or Iterable.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and optimization.
• Ability to write compelling, high-performing copy tailored to player motivations.
• Experience managing editorial or communication calendars in live service environments.
