What you will do
- Translate marketing pain points and strategic goals into actionable MarTech problems and solution designs.
- Own cross-channel MarTech strategy for email, push notifications, and digital advertising platforms.
- Optimize marketing workflows using process mining, stakeholder input, and automation to improve efficiency across the marketing lifecycle.
- Scout, evaluate, and run proof of concepts for new MarTech tools, including AI capabilities for creative, personalization, and campaign execution.
- Lead end-to-end MarTech implementation: technical design, hands-on configuration/development, and integrations across platforms.
- Establish governance and best practices for platform utilization, data governance, and system integrity; monitor performance and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in MarTech, marketing operations, or a related role with proven hands-on implementation and process optimization.
- Deep expertise in workflow automation and low-code/automation tools (e.g., ReTool, ClickUp Automations, Zapier).
- Proven ability to leverage AI in marketing workflows, creative applications, and personalization across channels.
- Strong knowledge of the MarTech ecosystem, including digital advertising platforms, email, and push notification channels.
- Experience designing robust solution architectures and integrations across multiple MarTech systems (e.g., Hightouch, Builder.io, BigQuery, Oracle Responsys).
- Ability to define technical/business requirements, lead vendor evaluations, and contribute to RFPs; strong communication and stakeholder consensus-building.

- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
