What you will do
- Lead the global LCS growth strategy to achieve 15% CAGR and expand recurring revenue models.
- Transform the service business model toward proactive, predictive, and outcome-based services.
- Manage the global spare parts business to enhance profitability through pricing and e-commerce.
- Strengthen central functions including digital platforms, CRM, and pricing governance.
- Act as the global integrator across regions to ensure consistency and scalability in execution.
- Increase customer retention and lifetime value through data-driven performance metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading global strategy and transformation within a complex, matrix organization.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and recurring business models.
- Demonstrated success in digital transformation and service innovation in industrial or technology environments.
- Highly influential leadership skills with expertise in stakeholder management and performance coaching.
- Ability to translate strategy into execution with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset.
