What you will do

• Lead and develop Global Regulatory Affairs, Label & Leaflet Design, and associated global networks and shared services.
• Ensure pharmaceutical and medical device regulatory approvals and compliance across all relevant markets.
• Oversee the continuous development of IMS processes, SOPs, and national/international regulations.
• Structure regulatory processes, prioritize projects, and manage budgets and resources in line with strategic objectives.
• Foster a performance-driven regulatory organization with clear communication structures.
• Drive operational excellence, lean administration, and robust project and portfolio management.

Requirements

• Completed degree in a natural sciences discipline.
• Extensive regulatory affairs expertise for pharmaceuticals and medical devices in national and international environments.
• Proven leadership and governance experience managing global, cross-functional organizations.
• Strong competence in compliance, quality, and process management.
• Experience in budget, resource, and IT system management within global regulatory organizations.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model based in Melsungen, Germany
