What you will do

• Own the Spanish P&L, including quarterly forecasting and defending financial performance to the Executive Team and Board.
• Serve as an appointed Board Member for the Spanish entity, contributing to governance and regulatory oversight.
• Lead, mentor, and manage an on-site team across marketing, compliance, operations, and customer support.
• Define and execute localized marketing strategies to drive acquisition and retention in the Spanish market.
• Act as the primary liaison between global product teams and local execution to ensure product localization and UX optimization.
• Maintain a strong corporate presence in Ceuta, ensuring alignment with regional operational and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of leadership experience in the iGaming or Sportsbook industry.
• Deep knowledge of the Spanish market and the Ceuta operational ecosystem.
• Native or fluent proficiency in Spanish and professional fluency in English.
• Proven track record in managing teams and driving commercial performance.
• Must be permanently based in or willing to relocate to Ceuta, Spain.
