What you will do

• Own and drive CEO-sponsored cross-functional strategic programs from diagnosis to execution.
• Manage internal communications, including the monthly All-Hands and other critical leadership events.
• Develop and implement AI-driven automations to increase the leverage of the CEO Office.
• Collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders to turn leadership intent into tangible outcomes.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and rebuild processes using a first-principles approach.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in high-intensity environments like strategy consulting, VC/PE, or high-growth startups.
• Must be able to work from the Berlin office five days per week.
• Strong academic credentials or a proven track record of exceptional achievement.
• Executive-grade communication skills with the ability to build compelling narratives and decks.
• Builder mentality with a focus on executing outcomes rather than just strategizing.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to improve operational effectiveness.
