What you will do
- Own and drive CEO-sponsored cross-functional strategic programs from diagnosis to execution.
- Manage internal communications, including the monthly All-Hands and other critical leadership events.
- Develop and implement AI-driven automations to increase the leverage of the CEO Office.
- Collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders to turn leadership intent into tangible outcomes.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and rebuild processes using a first-principles approach.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in high-intensity environments like strategy consulting, VC/PE, or high-growth startups.
- Must be able to work from the Berlin office five days per week.
- Strong academic credentials or a proven track record of exceptional achievement.
- Executive-grade communication skills with the ability to build compelling narratives and decks.
- Builder mentality with a focus on executing outcomes rather than just strategizing.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to improve operational effectiveness.
Nice to have
- Experience with automation platforms such as n8n.
