What you will do

  • Lead and grow a team of 10 distributed operations professionals, providing coaching and strategic direction.
  • Own the end-to-end bookings process and Quote-to-Cash cycle to protect revenue accuracy and ensure audit readiness.
  • Manage the operational dimension of the customer and partner lifecycle, from signature and provisioning to renewals and offboarding.
  • Establish and monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards to translate data into actionable decisions.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for billing disputes, provisioning failures, and commercial edge cases.
  • Drive cross-functional improvement initiatives with IT, RevOps, and Finance to increase automation and data integrity.

Requirements

  • Proven senior leadership experience in a fast-scaling software or SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of the Quote-to-Cash cycle and levers driving revenue efficiency.
  • Must be based in Madrid, Spain.
  • Essential expertise in Salesforce; fluency in NetSuite, Zuora, Conga, or SFDC CPQ is strongly valued.
  • Fluent English proficiency required.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or Operations.

Nice to have

  • Experience with partner or channel operations involving reseller and distributor ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or additional European languages.
