What you will do
- Redefine partner support workflows to improve resolution speed and reduce friction.
- Develop strategies to turn support interactions into drivers of partner trust and advocacy.
- Govern the end-to-end partner dispute process related to customer refunds and compensations.
- Act as the voice of the partner to Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to drive operational improvements.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to ensure consistent execution of global partner experience strategies.
- Manage a team of 4, fostering a high-performance and partner-obsessed culture.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in operations, strategy, account management, or partner experience in a marketplace or high-growth tech environment.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing team leads in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Proven ability to balance commercial accountability with partner advocacy.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform policy and operational decisions.
- Fluency in English required; Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teams without formal authority.
