What you will do

• Redefine partner support workflows to improve resolution speed and reduce friction.
• Develop strategies to turn support interactions into drivers of partner trust and advocacy.
• Govern the end-to-end partner dispute process related to customer refunds and compensations.
• Act as the voice of the partner to Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to drive operational improvements.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to ensure consistent execution of global partner experience strategies.
• Manage a team of 4, fostering a high-performance and partner-obsessed culture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operations, strategy, account management, or partner experience in a marketplace or high-growth tech environment.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing team leads in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Proven ability to balance commercial accountability with partner advocacy.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform policy and operational decisions.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teams without formal authority.
