Base Salary / Variable / OTE: $90,000 base / $90,000 variable / $180,000 OTE

What you will do
- Drive quarterly revenue quota using a blend of strategic outbound prospecting and inbound lead management.
- Partner with Partner Account Managers (PAMs) to build referral business and scale accounts from top agency and technology partners.
- Target and close high-value Enterprise accounts across complex sales cycles.
- Own the full sales lifecycle: discovery, website scoping, proposition, pricing negotiations, and final close.
- Run a MEDDIC-based sales process for inbound opportunities while maintaining a robust long-term outbound pipeline.
- Help build and lead the outbound function and grow referral business through the partner ecosystem.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience closing sales, ideally in technology or SaaS.
- Proven success executing both outbound and inbound strategies in an Enterprise environment.
- Experience with MEDDIC and Sandler sales methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with SDR, Marketing/Demand Gen, and Partner teams.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex value propositions to C-suite stakeholders.
- Hybrid schedule: come to the Austin, TX office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
