TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS Sales): Driving net-new enterprise customer acquisition and expanding partnerships for design-driven technology solutions with an accent on complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Focus on leveraging AI-powered sales tools and data-driven insights to manage territory strategies and exceed revenue goals.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Woburn, MA (Hybrid role with up to 25% domestic travel).

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 annual base salary plus commissions.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Develop and execute territory strategies to drive pipeline growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Engage senior decision-makers across Brand, Marketing, IT, and Finance functions.
  • Present persuasive proposals and negotiate complex contracts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to strengthen brand presence.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS or technology solutions sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing large enterprise accounts.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM technology, preferably Salesforce.
  • Experience using AI-powered sales tools and predictive analytics.
  • Must be able to travel domestically up to 25% annually.
