What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive global marketing and messaging strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives.
• Lead integrated programs across digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and demand generation campaigns.
• Translate complex scientific and technical concepts into compelling and differentiated brand messaging.
• Oversee external communications, including media relations, trade shows, sponsorships, and speaking engagements.
• Utilize AI-enabled marketing technologies to enhance targeting, personalization, and workflow efficiency.
• Partner with executive leadership and sales teams to strengthen thought leadership and pipeline generation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or Communications (Advanced degree preferred).
• 8–12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience within Life Sciences, biotech, pharma, or healthcare.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven success leading brand strategy, digital marketing, and communications initiatives.
• Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and AI-powered content platforms.
• Ability to travel approximately 15–25% based on business needs.
