What you will do
- Identify, pitch, and close new platform sales deals, primarily targeting new logo acquisition within assigned verticals (Travel, Entertainment, etc.).
- Develop and execute an outbound sales strategy to engage experienced industry sales professionals at target accounts.
- Build and manage a robust brand-direct pipeline using CRM tools, maintaining strong coverage ratios and activity benchmarks.
- Collaborate with management, product, and solutions teams to articulate client needs and help shape vertical offerings.
- Translate field insights into product strategy and act as a customer advocate.
- Create value-based pitch decks and research to close business with executive-level prospects; ensure warm hand-off with Account Managers.
Requirements
- Proven hunter-focused sales experience in digital advertising, with a strong preference for programmatic advertising experience.
- Ability to sell consultatively to brands and in-house marketing teams, using analytical skills.
- Experience building and executing go-to-market plans, including defining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and segmentation frameworks.
- Comfort communicating complex technical concepts and platform knowledge to diverse audiences, including marketing executives.
- Proficiency using CRM tools (Salesforce) for pipeline management, forecasting, and operational rigor.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients within the region as needed.
