What you will do

• Plan and execute sales strategies to expand presence in the International Civilian sector.
• Motivate and develop a team of five International Account Executives.
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with government leaders and channel partners.
• Navigate complex procurement processes and integrate solutions into client workflows.
• Coach the team on consultative selling and complex deal management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements and market leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in International Civilian Government sales leading and scaling teams.
• Strong track record of closing deals and delivering revenue targets in the public sector.
• Deep understanding of structured sales processes like MEDDPICC, Shipley, or Miller Heiman.
• Ability to influence without positional authority and work across cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in the UK with willingness to travel as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise software or SaaS solutions.
• Knowledge of publicly available information (OSINT) and AI/ML technologies.
