What you will do

  • Scale sales operations and drive overall revenue growth.
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline tracking.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute programs aligned with the company vision.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience leading B2B or SaaS sales teams with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in MEDDPICC or a similar value-selling framework.
  • Proven ability to hire and foster a high-performance sales culture.
  • Experience in sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in London.

Nice to have

  • Experience in territory planning and developing sales playbooks.
  • Expertise in CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals.
  • Background in a rapidly growing startup or tech environment.
