What you will do
- Scale sales operations and drive overall revenue growth.
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives.
- Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline tracking.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand market reach.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute programs aligned with the company vision.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience leading B2B or SaaS sales teams with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in MEDDPICC or a similar value-selling framework.
- Proven ability to hire and foster a high-performance sales culture.
- Experience in sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in London.
Nice to have
- Experience in territory planning and developing sales playbooks.
- Expertise in CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals.
- Background in a rapidly growing startup or tech environment.
