What you will do

  • Drive pipeline generation and new business opportunities to meet ambitious regional revenue targets.
  • Lead and develop a distributed team of 35+ Business Development Representatives across EMEA.
  • Partner with Marketing to design and execute integrated demand generation and account engagement campaigns.
  • Collaborate with regional Sales Vice Presidents to align pipeline creation with the hirify.global Way of Selling.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify trends, improve performance, and influence strategic business decisions.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and professional development, including the evolution of the BDR Academy Program.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS business development or sales leadership.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale teams of 30+ employees, including second-line management.
  • Strong track record of exceeding growth targets and expertise in Challenger Sales and MEDDPICC methodologies.
  • Ability to work flexibly across time zones and collaborate with global stakeholders in EMEA, North America, and APAC.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience managing external partners, vendors, or outsourced business development teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience in customer experience (CX), AI, cloud, or marketing technology solutions.
  • Proficiency in additional European languages.
  • Deep working knowledge of Salesforce, Salesloft, and Tableau.
