What you will do
- Drive pipeline generation and new business opportunities to meet ambitious regional revenue targets.
- Lead and develop a distributed team of 35+ Business Development Representatives across EMEA.
- Partner with Marketing to design and execute integrated demand generation and account engagement campaigns.
- Collaborate with regional Sales Vice Presidents to align pipeline creation with the Way of Selling.
- Use data-driven insights to identify trends, improve performance, and influence strategic business decisions.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and professional development, including the evolution of the BDR Academy Program.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS business development or sales leadership.
- Proven experience leading large-scale teams of 30+ employees, including second-line management.
- Strong track record of exceeding growth targets and expertise in Challenger Sales and MEDDPICC methodologies.
- Ability to work flexibly across time zones and collaborate with global stakeholders in EMEA, North America, and APAC.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience managing external partners, vendors, or outsourced business development teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in customer experience (CX), AI, cloud, or marketing technology solutions.
- Proficiency in additional European languages.
- Deep working knowledge of Salesforce, Salesloft, and Tableau.
