What you will do
- Lead sales quota planning aligned with revenue goals and market opportunity, partnering with Finance and HR on compensation plan alignment.
- Build and maintain automated models and forecasting tools to support quota setting.
- Design and maintain scalable reporting to track and analyze key sales metrics.
- Design, analyze, and maintain sales territories using customer data, market potential, and performance metrics.
- Evaluate territory performance and assess the impact of adjustments to improve coverage and productivity.
- Ensure data integrity across CRM, territory planning tools, and compensation systems; collaborate with Salesforce Engineering and Policy teams to streamline processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations.
- Proven expertise in sales territory design and quota setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including modeling and data visualization tools.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and territory planning tools (e.g., Xactly, AlignStar, Anaplan, or similar).
