What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define end-to-end workflows and success metrics.
• Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions optimized for performance and native functionality.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and agent-ready rules.
• Provide functional leadership to development and QA teams throughout the design and testing lifecycle.
• Leverage AI-assisted techniques like Vibe-coding to validate concepts and accelerate iteration.
• Design and orchestrate AI agents to automate complex business processes with built-in governance.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise applications.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud and CPQ.
• Strong understanding of Marketing and Sales processes, specifically Lead generation and Quote-to-Cash.
• Experience with rapid prototyping or AI-assisted development techniques.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Ability to drive clarity and outcomes in fast-moving, ambiguous situations.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or Sales Cloud Consultant.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, and related enterprise platforms.
