What you will do
- Define product strategy and roadmap, identifying workflows where hirify.global's clinical data provides a defensible competitive advantage.
- Design product experiences that shift administrative work to the point of care without creating clinician burden, integrating deeply with EHR, billing systems, and payer platforms.
- Leverage domain expertise in healthcare data and/or revenue cycle management, including claims lifecycle and prior authorization.
- Drive enterprise partnerships with both providers and payers to understand pain points and validate product direction.
- Ship 0→1 products that deliver measurable impact, defining MVP scope and establishing clear KPIs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with expertise in B2B healthcare products, ideally in revenue cycle management, health IT, or adjacent domains.
- Commercial fluency, having worked closely with sales, partnerships, or business development on early-stage deals.
- Comfort with ambiguity, skilled at running discovery, forming hypotheses, and updating quickly when necessary.
- Strong cross-functional credibility, able to communicate effectively with diverse teams from ML scientists to lawyers.
- Clear, direct communication, capable of simplifying complex information without losing precision.
Nice to have
- Built products at the intersection of clinical workflows and financial/administrative operations.
- Direct experience shipping revenue cycle, billing, coding, or prior authorization products.
- Understanding of payer policies, medical necessity criteria, and prior authorization workflows.
- Experience with Epic, Cerner, or other EHR billing and revenue cycle modules.
- Managed design partner relationships or early-stage enterprise pilots in healthcare.
- Experience building collaborative solutions that create value for multiple stakeholders.
