What you will do

• Own the product vision and roadmap in partnership with the CEO and executive team.
• Lead and mentor a team of 6 Product Managers, fostering a culture of agency and experimentation.
• Design products tailored to the specific workflows and risks of early-stage founders.
• Engage in hands-on prototyping and iterating alongside design and engineering teams.
• Drive organizational tempo and decision-making speed to eliminate friction.
• Contribute to overall company strategy, including go-to-market and hiring.

Requirements

• Proven track record of launching 0 to 1 products with significant customer impact.
• Experience leading product at a high-growth startup.
• Ability to sketch flows, write specs, and integrate AI tools into the product development lifecycle.
• Deep empathy and understanding of the operational challenges faced by founders.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders and make difficult calls.
• High standard for craft and user experience in banking interactions.
