Salary: $235,000–$257,000 (Annual base) + 20% target bonus

What you will do

• Define and execute business strategy, pricing, and commercial plans for a new platform to drive revenue and adoption.
• Own the strategic roadmap and vision, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and the competitive landscape.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of high performance and customer empathy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership regarding product strategy and commercial performance.
• Partner with leadership to optimize staffing and resource planning across Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Maintain deep expertise in Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Corporate M&A workflows.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive product management experience, including 7+ years of direct management experience.
• Proven success leading the strategy, launch, and scaling of products resulting in significant revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of the Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Investment Banking ecosystem.
• Strong technical foundation capable of driving discussions on data architecture and machine learning applications.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
