TL;DR

Social Media Specialist (B2B): Lead hirify.global for Business (L4B) social presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit with an accent on building organic strategies and running paid LinkedIn campaigns. Focus on designing content for both reach and amplification, optimizing budgets and targeting, and using analytics to drive engagement, demand generation, and growth.

Location: San Jose, California, USA (hybrid role; metro areas: San Jose, CA; Irvine, CA; Camas, WA; Dallas, TX; Toronto, Canada)

Salary: $56K–$112K annually (dependent on location and experience)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across organic and paid channels, with primary focus on LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Own the social content calendar and coordinate integrated paid social strategies with Demand Generation
  • Create and repurpose social-first content (graphics and short-form video) for organic reach and paid amplification
  • Manage channel operations including YouTube process, LinkedIn Company Page optimization, and community engagement
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid LinkedIn campaigns (budgets, bids, targeting) and run A/B tests for creative, copy, and targeting
  • Track and report KPIs with daily monitoring and monthly/quarterly performance analysis to optimize CTR, CPC, conversions, and leads

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing B2B social media accounts with success in both organic strategy and paid campaign management
  • Paid social expertise running LinkedIn paid campaigns, managing budgets, and optimizing for lead generation and conversion metrics
  • Strong content skills: video creation/editing and graphic design; ability to produce assets optimized for paid advertising
  • Deep platform knowledge of YouTube Studio and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, including LinkedIn best practices and paid advertising principles
  • Strong copywriting skills tailored to IT decision-makers in the B2B space
  • Comfort with social analytics platforms and paid campaign dashboards; ability to derive insights and optimize based on data
