Salary: $94,000 – $123,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead the organic social media measurement and analytics program.
• Create and monitor data sets to track progress towards KPIs and business goals.
• Develop presentation materials to support strategic decision-making for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, and Advanced Analytics.
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for non-technical audiences.
• Support social media community managers in implementing data-led strategy changes.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• University degree in Data Analytics, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience analyzing organic social performance across major platforms.
• Proven ability to build dashboards and reporting frameworks using tools like Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, or Power BI.
• Experience developing measurable KPIs and tying them to broader business goals.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill analytics for non-technical audiences.
