What you will do

• Develop and execute Reddit community management strategies for clients and the agency.
• Build authentic brand presence within online communities while adhering to platform guidelines.
• Monitor community sentiment and identify opportunities to increase brand visibility.
• Create and manage social content calendars, engagement plans, and community playbooks.
• Track and report on community growth, engagement, and brand visibility metrics.
• Collaborate with SEO, Content Marketing, and Digital PR teams to support organic growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in social media, online communities, or community-led growth.
• Demonstrated experience with Reddit community management and subreddit culture.
• Strong understanding of organic social media strategies and community engagement metrics.
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across audiences.
• 3–5 years of experience in an agency environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fully remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Reddit Ads and LinkedIn thought leadership.
• Familiarity with AI search platforms like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity.
• Experience presenting strategic recommendations directly to clients.
• Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and broader organic growth strategies.
