What you will do

• Execute organic social strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Threads.
• Create evergreen, trending, and breaking news content using Canva and short-form video formats.
• Manage and analyze platform performance metrics to drive traffic, engagement, and audience growth.
• Collaborate with Editorial, Video, and Marketing teams to align social calendars with publishing cadence.
• Oversee community engagement and manage the research and attribution of User Generated Content (UGC).
• Coordinate with the Outside Days team for event social coverage and sales asset distribution.

Requirements

• Experience in social media or digital content (internships and freelance work are considered).
• Hands-on fluency in managing Instagram and Facebook.
• Ability to create static graphics and short-form video assets using Canva or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and familiarity with social analytics tools.
• Genuine passion for outdoor sports, activities, and culture (non-negotiable).
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
