Location: Remote (US); however, candidates living near a hirify.global office may be expected to work periodically in-office for certain events.

Salary: $93,700 - $169,840 USD

What you will do

  • Own and maintain content calendars across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads, writing platform-native copy.
  • Develop and execute paid social strategies on LinkedIn and Meta to build awareness and support GTM goals.
  • Manage the employee advocacy program via Oktopost, including curation, onboarding, and performance tracking.
  • Lead community management by monitoring and responding to comments and mentions daily.
  • Analyze organic and paid performance using Google Analytics and Oktopost to deliver quarterly trend reviews.
  • Act as an internal subject-matter expert, guiding Marketing, Product, Sales, and HR on social media trends and strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of B2B social media experience spanning organic, paid, and advocacy channels.
  • Proven track record managing brand accounts and paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Instagram.
  • Hands-on experience managing employee advocacy programs (Oktopost strongly preferred).
  • Proficiency with UTMs, Google Analytics, and social analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt brand voice across diverse platforms.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
