is a fast-growing, bootstrapped adtech startup building a reward-powered alternative to traditional app stores for mobile app discovery.
What you will do
- Manage technical setup and optimization of multi-reward campaigns to achieve KPIs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Turkish and international gaming industry partners.
- Onboard new advertisers and identify opportunities to enhance partnerships.
- Analyze large datasets to optimize campaign performance and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm product improvements and user behavior strategies.
Requirements
- Native Turkish speaker
- English proficiency level B2+ (written and spoken)
- 1+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work confidently with numbers and data.
- Understanding of mobile attribution and campaign tracking.
- Proactive, autonomous work style with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with MMPs such as Appsflyer and Adjust.
- Knowledge of CPA, CPI, and CPE campaign models.
- Experience in the rewarded-advertising space.
