TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (Affiliate Marketing / MarTech): Leading new business efforts, focusing on acquiring and growing relationships with enterprise-level marketing and ecommerce organizations with an accent on consultative, insight-driven sales approach. Focus on outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing complex, high-value deals.

Location: Boston, Massachusetts; New York, New York; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Chicago, Illinois; Atlanta, Georgia

Salary: Target base salary range is $80–105K, with additional bonus and commission opportunities, based on location and experience.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise opportunities, from initial engagement through close.
  • Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound efforts.
  • Lead with a consultative, insight-driven approach, asking thoughtful, persona-relevant questions to uncover client needs.
  • Maintain disciplined use of CRM (Salesforce required; HubSpot a plus) to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and document activity.
  • Bring a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including affiliate/partner marketing, ecommerce, customer acquisition, and revenue growth strategies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or MarTech
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage complex sales cycles
  • Experience using Salesforce (required); HubSpot experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce landscapes
  • Experience with outbound prospecting tools and strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
