What you will do

• Partner with business units to provide financial insights and ensure decisions are supported by robust analysis.
• Prepare and review financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Deliver accurate management reporting to support leadership decision-making.
• Monitor key financial KPIs and recommend corrective actions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with business strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A and business partnering.
• Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, policies, and processes.
• Must be able to work onsite in Needham, MA.
• Strong analytical mindset and communication skills.
