Salary: $142,500 – $181,500 per year

What you will do

• Define and own program vision, strategy, and execution for high-priority cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead collaboration between Technology, Operations, Design, Product Marketing, and GTM teams to drive progress.
• Translate complex business problems into clear roadmaps, project timelines, and outcome-driven plans.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of external vendors, including selection, onboarding, and performance tracking.
• Facilitate operational rhythms such as program reviews, executive readouts, and milestone tracking.
• Build frameworks that streamline communication, collaboration, and decision-making across departments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or program management.
• Proven experience working in cross-functional environments (Product, Design, Engineering, and GTM).
• Strong business acumen and deep understanding of tech/SaaS companies.
• Proficiency with SQL (knowledge of Tableau is a plus).
• Must be based in New York City to work from the local office.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
