What you will do

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for the Salesforce Marketing stack, including Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Translate complex business needs into functional requirements, user journeys, and platform solution designs.
• Drive the rollout of Salesforce AI capabilities (e.g., Agentforce Marketing, predictive analytics) to improve productivity and insights.
• Manage and provide mentorship and coaching to other product managers across multiple lines of business.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation, and configuration to ensure the platform meets business needs.
• Collaborate with technology delivery teams and business stakeholders to bridge the gap between strategy and execution.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Walnut Creek, CA.
• 12+ years of product or content management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical lead, supervisor, or manager role.
• Hands-on experience delivering full Salesforce Marketing stack projects.
• Required: Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant or Marketing Cloud Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and cloud implementations.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Experience with Salesforce integration between different business systems and integration tools.
